Love it!! But it needs to be more dependable

Ive been using Kiwake every day to wake up for the past month and it has been incredible... Mostly. There have been 3 times where Kiwake hasnt vibrated/made noise at all. I woke up late to several Kiwake notifications but the sound didnt go off until I unlocked my phone. I want to be able to rely on this app... But it looks like I need to start setting a back up alarm in the mean time.
