Not working

Its been 3 days now since I installed the application and the only thing I get is notifications without any sound. When I go back to the application, its as if it completely ignored my alarm. The only time I got the alarm working is when I set it to trigger in a few minutes only for testing.

I am in contact with Support and we have yet to figure out what the source of the problem is. I made sure Do Not Disturb was turned off when the alarm should be going off.

This is on an iPhone 5S, 9.3.3.

It seems like a great application, if it was actually working!
