A great idea and has potential but I dont think the developers fully understand the plight of a chronic over sleeper.
First off, simply powering down your phone overrides the entire alarm. To their credit, theres probably no way to work around this. Perhaps sell cases with the app that cover the power down button and are difficult to remove?
Secondly, the skip function when getting up to take a pic is ridiculous. Whats the point then?? Of course Im going to skip if I can get more sleep! Might as well call it the snooze button! I get why its there but if we have to uninstall the app bc we forgot to shut the alarm off for the day and cant take the exact pic we need for whatever reason then so be it!
Third, the games need to take much, much longer. I have it set on the longest setting and the whole process is still done in less than 5 minutes. Make me have to take 10 different pics and sit through 10-15 minutes worth of brain games so Im actually up long enough to wake up.
Fourth, the app is buggy. It randomly doesnt work and I double check it every night before bed to make sure its on and running correctly. Ive had to uninstall and reinstall once already bc everytime I tried to exit the app it would set off the alarm even though nothing was set.
On a positive note, it does get me up when it functions correctly but i think once the novelty wears off, the power down button will become my new friend.
