Great app!

Ive been using this app for about a week now and I love it. It really does work! Havent encountered any glitches yet like I read about in the reviews, which at first made me reluctant to purchase. Today I woke up before the alarm went off. It was as if my body was expecting it. I was looking for an app to help me get back into a healthy sleep cycle and I found it!
