Unreliable

The concept of the app is great, the first time I used it went stellar, but it is completely unreliable. The alarm only actually goes off about 40% of the time, which for an alarm is pointless. The worst way to wake up is thinking youve still got time before your alarm goes off and then realizing youre an hour late already. Because of this alarm Ive let down many people in my life, and I will stand for it no longer.
