The only thing I dont like about this app is that you have to turn on "night mode", or your phone will only vibrate lightly in the morning and not actually wake you up. However, I know this probably has to do with iOS restrictions.
Still, I have NEVER found a more effective way to wake up! I love sleep and hate waking up, and always hit snooze about 15 times. I usually struggle to get up at all because I got in the habit of snoozing and turning off alarms until they go away. This app gets me up and my brain through the dangerous "uuuugh noooo" mode. The picture taking part is key. I never want to get up, but I have to because there is NO WAY to stop the alarm from getting louder. By the time I take a picture of the tea by my kettle, I pop the kettle on and am ready for a cup. Highly recommend for heavy sleepers and non-morning people! Just not perfect for people who might fall asleep without starting "night mode" (though the app does remind you to do so at night, which is helpful).
